As the Year 2020 draws to an end, discussion of how our lives have been affected, both personally and professionally, could be discussed for hours. We sincerely hope that your past year and the new year to come are better than you could have anticipated.

This success is in no small part due to our clients entrusting us with some of their most valuable real estate assets. Our clients provided us with opportunities whereas we could be a source of knowledge, utilizing our experience, ultimately to navigate and facilitate successful real estate transactions. Through these opportunities, relationships were built and maintained, and for this, we are grateful.
We would be severely negligent if honor and glory to our Heavenly Father was omitted from the equation of this past year’s successes. A couple of Bible scriptures that come to mind are:
Phillippians 4: 12-13 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all of this through him who gives me strength.
Proverbs 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Amid some COVID uncertainties, we opened a second office in Goddard, KS to better serve our South-Central Kansas market area. Additionally, we provided either brokerage services or consultation services to a 60+ county area throughout the High-Plains including the states of Kansas, Oklahoma and Colorado, with a growing market share predominately being farms and ranches.
